From the very beginning Lorraine communicated openly and honestly about what I had requested. Reflecting that she felt part of what I was considering was not in her professional opinion something that would be of much benefit at this time for my business, and would ultimately be an unnecessary and costly change. I truly felt like she had my best interest at heart.
She then helped me choose some changes that would best suit my current business needs.

Lorraine was incredibly organized, prompt, patient and great a listener. Throughout the whole process she would walk me through everything, keeping me up to date. Given that I am in the US and she in Ireland. This was a seamless experience.
